We are Artamata and we have over 20 years of software development experience. We are based in Los Angeles and proudly develop all of our work in the U.S.
Artamata has a strong history of graphics, image processing and art related software. In the 1990s we developed Professor Franklin’s Instant Photo Effects which was one of the first photo editing software aimed at novices in the then-nascent digital photography revolution. We also developed one of the first ever printed greeting card service that was licensed by Plaxo. We recognized the transition to mobile very early and started working on Windows Mobile well before the iPhone was announced.
